What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide! Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Non-personalized apparel can be returned within 28 days.
How do I care for my Love Island apparel?
To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend washing all clothing inside out at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron directly over printed graphics or personalized names.
When will my order be dispatched?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak season or new villa launches, personalized items may take up to 5 business days to be custom-made before shipping.
